White previously served at the Jacksonville (FL) Sheriff’s Office (JSO) as Head of Intelligence Analysis, Crime Analysis, and Research and Development. JSO is geographically the nation’s largest local police jurisdiction (844 square miles), with over 1800 officers and 3,000 employees. While serving at JSO, White was a management consultant to fusion centers in Florida, New York and Ohio, as well as an Adjunct Professor for the Masters in Criminal Justice Intelligence Program at Michigan State University. He also received national awards from organizations such as the International Association of Crime Analysts and the Center for Problem-Oriented Policing.
