Management
Mr. Clarkson is actively involved in the day-to-day management of IxReveal. He also leads The Clarkson Group (TCG), a firm he founded in 1976. Mr. Clarkson has been a successful entrepreneur with outstanding business acumen and has started many profitable businesses. He is a Director and past Chairman of North Florida’s technology accelerator, Enterprise North Florida Corporation, and an investor in several high-tech companies. Mr. Clarkson graduated from Princeton University and from George Washington University Law School. Mr. Mohan is the co-inventor, along with his wife Usha Mohan, of IxReveal. He has extensive experience in the business intelligence arena in various positions with Fortune 500 companies, including Bank of America, Johnson Controls and Deloitte & Touche. He has a track record of creating innovative software solutions. Mohan was ranked 2nd on the entrance examination for the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore, India, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering. He holds an MBA from Jacksonville University. Beth McCague’s career includes over three decades of financial services career experience and an impressive history of helping companies to maximize growth prospects. She is a recognized expert in building customer loyalty, process improvement, and service quality, with a focus upon transition management. While serving for eight years as Executive Vice President at Wachovia Bank NA, McCague also held directorships for wealth management and service excellence. During this period, Wachovia achieved and maintained its status as the best large bank service provider based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index. She previously served as President of First Union Bank National Bank of Tennessee and at First Union Florida Bank where she was City President (North Florida). McCague recently served as Chairman of Daniel Memorial, Jacksonville’s oldest social service agency serving disadvantaged children. She also is one of six members (appointed by the governor) of the State Board of Administration Investment Advisory Council for Florida’s $142 billion pension fund. Kent Steen’s career encompasses decades of experience in technology, business, and security affairs. Prior to joining IxReveal, he was a marketing executive for Fujitsu Consulting, where his clients included the State of Florida, Merrill Lynch, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He previously had an extensive career in the U.S. Marine Corps where his specializations included intelligence and logistics. He commanded operational field artillery units at every level through the grade of Colonel. His tours included duties in Europe, Asia, South America, and a combat tour in Vietnam. Kent’s staff assignments included two tours at Marine Corps headquarters where his responsibilities included research on maximization of human resources. He was honored with two awards of the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and a Purple Heart. He holds a B.A. from the University of Florida, a Master of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, and also attended senior level programs of the Foreign Service Institute. |
