Charles A. Clarkson, Chairman & CEO Mr. Clarkson is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of IxReveal. He also leads The Clarkson Group (TCG), a firm he founded in 1976. Mr. Clarkson has been a successful entrepreneur with outstanding business acumen and has started many profitable businesses. He is a Director and past Chairman of North Floridas technology accelerator, Enterprise North Florida Corporation, and an investor in several high-tech companies. Mr. Clarkson graduated from Princeton University and from George Washington University Law School. Ren Mohan, Founder, Co-Chairman & CTO Mr. Mohan is the co-inventor, along with his wife Usha Mohan, of IxReveal. He has extensive experience in the business intelligence arena in various positions with Fortune 500 companies, including Bank of America, Johnson Controls and Deloitte & Touché. He has a track record of creating innovative software solutions. Mohan was ranked 2nd on the entrance examination for the Indian Institute of Science (“IISc”) in Bangalore, India, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering. He holds an MBA from Jacksonville University. Lawrence Clarkson Retired Senior VP of Boeing and President of Boeing Enterprises. At Boeing, Mr. Clarkson played a key role in introducing a new strategic-planning process and represented the company on an international level. The New York Times has described him as "the closest thing (Boeing) has to a corporate secretary of state." Mr. Clarkson also serves as the Chairman of the U.S. Pacific Basin Council and the National Center for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, the Vice-Chairman the National Bureau of Asian Research, a trustee of DePauw University, an overseer of the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and is a member of the Florida Bar. Mukesh Sundaram Founder of Telera, a Voice over Internet Protocol ("VOIP") software provider. Telera was funded by two venture capital firms - Sequoia and Accel Partners. Mr. Sundaram led Telera to a successful acquisition by Alcatel in 2002. Mr. Sundaram has over 20 years of engineering management and R&D experience in networking, network management, and telephony. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, Madras and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee. He is also a named inventor on four U.S. Patents. John Kramer Mr. Kramer has had a distinguished career in institutional finance and as a successful entrepreneur. He began his career in engineering at U.S. Steel through 1966 then joined The Rouse Company in Columbia, MD. In 1976, he founded Carey Kramer, a successful real estate finance organization. GMAC acquired Carey Kramer in 2001. Retiring from GMAC in 2006, he has been an active investor and advisor for several smaller to mid-sized firms. Mr. Kramer is a graduate of Lehigh University with a major in Finance and a minor in Industrial Engineering. |
