IxReveal’s Privacy Policy for Hosting Services

IxReveal provides our customers with analysis of multi-database information sources as contracted under specific agreements. Such agreements are created for tests, development, and production environments. Some of these databases may contain personal information about our customers’ clients and may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and social security numbers necessary to complete the analysis.

Implementation Plans are a part of each specific agreement. These Implementation Plans delineate the time frame that hosted data is used, retained, and deleted from our system.

We maintain one data center in Jacksonville, Florida. All information contained in Hosted Data provided by customers is shared only with the service engineers, analysts, or consultants to provide the necessary service or information requested by the customers. Technical Staff may periodically access the Hosted Data to monitor system performance, develop and implement upgrades to systems, and may also perform other routine maintenance tasks.

IxReveal is required to provide any personal information it may have to comply with legally mandated reporting or other legal processes.

IxReveal does not use Hosted Data for its own marketing purposes.

IxReveal guards personally identifiable information vigorously. Policies, procedure and technical safeguards relating to data access controls are in place. IxReveal uses standard security protocols and mechanisms in the transmission of sensitive data.
